Ticketforge now accepts tickets in 42 languages*, and YES, we will take care of an issue raised in all these languages. Ticketforge system is now fully written in perl, with the interfaces utilizing the latest of JS and perl. Unlike the earlier system, you will now need to register with us to open a ticket. You will have your own portal space from where you can manage your own tickets. A little about the system:

We use Google APIs to translate and hence we would request anyone opening a ticket in any language to create them in using simple words. The simple the language used; the better is the conversion.

Please read through the following before submitting a ticket with us.

 

1. We assure you that all details submitted to us via this ticketing system will be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed under any circumstances unless any legal justice entity has requested us to provide the details in writing.

2. We charge a minimum of 15 USD for any job done under an hour if the job lies inside the first hour and 20 USD per hour as a standard. The rates are not negotiable.

3. We assure that you will get a 1 hour response for any issues submitted via this ticketing system. However, the resolution of an issue depends upon the work involved and status will be updated to you from time to time.

4. Please open a ticket with us using the below link. Once the ticket is created, you can use https://www.ticketforge.com/encrypt.html to send your server information encrypted using the RSA key. This is for extra security so that no one will be able to decrypt the data other than us. Make sure that you open the ticket first, and place the correct Ticket ID before encrypting the data.
